The Creative Masculine Leadership Program is a three-year rite of passage designed to transform men into leaders rooted in discipline, vision, and brotherhood.

Year One builds the foundation of structure and self-trust.

Year Two sharpens responsibility as you begin to lead others and step deeper into your own power.

Year Three moves you into autonomy, integration, and mastery, where you embody your vision and bring it into the world. This is a path into the man you were meant to become.

Immersive Retreats

This program includes two immersive retreats held in inspiring locations—one in the winter and one in the summer. Here the deepest breakthroughs, bonds, and transformations emerge. Train, connect, and evolve alongside your brothers in person, anchoring the work in powerful real-world experience.

  • Set along the lush Pacific coastline, our Puerto Vallarta retreat invites creative expansion, soulful connection, and heartfelt expression. Surrounded by ocean, sun, and sacred space, this is where men open their hearts, deepen trust, and remember the joy of brotherhood. It’s a container for initiation, intimacy, and powerful emotional integration.

  • Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains, Boulder is a vortex for deep presence, transformation, and natural masculine energy. Here, we drop into the body through breath, movement, and mountain air—cutting through distraction and coming home to clarity. This retreat is rooted in grounded practices, primal stillness, and sharpened leadership.

INVESTMENT

This program is an initiation — not just into coaching, but into a new way of living with discipline, vision, and brotherhood.

New Member investment is $14,000 paid in full or a 3-month plan of $4,670.

Returning men continue at a reduced rate of $10,000 paid in full or $3,335 x 3.

Tuition includes all group coaching, small circles, private sessions, the morning practice library, and two immersive retreats (meals included; travel and some meals not included). This is a serious commitment designed to stretch you and call you forward into your greatness.

About Jamie

For the better part of two decades, Jamie Wollrab has been a multi-faceted coach and guide, working with some of the most influential people in the entertainment, music, personal development, and wellness communities. His mission is rooted in a simple truth: success is an inside-out job. Without wholeness mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and energetically, no level of achievement will satisfy. Jamie is devoted to leading thought leaders, artists, creators, and entrepreneurs into a more integrated path of success — one where presence, creativity, and bold action walk hand in hand with discipline, vision, and accountability.

Jamie’s Creative Credentials

Beginning in 2002, Jamie’s focus has been extensively in performance, acting, and voice. He holds a BFA in Theatre from Texas Christian University and a Master’s degree in Acting from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. He has been mentored by world-renowned voice teachers Stewart Pearce and Nancy Mayans, and has studied with Bill Esper and Greta and Sandra Seacat. His vast experience led him to coach and craft iconic performances across television and film on networks such as HBO, Showtime, ABC, and STARZ — many of which resulted in Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.

In 2014, Jamie began a seven-year apprenticeship with men’s leadership and embodiment coach John Wineland, assisting in countless workshops on masculine work, relationships, and intimacy. His unique talent lies in synthesizing rigorous structure and accountability with inspired creative expression, helping men fully realize their potential and live in their greatness. Today, Jamie brings the depth of his training, the wisdom of his lived experience, and his devotion to community and consciousness into every circle he leads. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
